The place was pleasant and quiet little and the staff were courteous, the location was ideal very close to everything. I appreciated the family room I was given, it had an electronic key card, a work desk and a seating area. Fairly clean hotel, efficient service. Not to mention good wifi!

Spotless & big size venue, special views. Ideal unit. Delicious breakfast with a good choice of food, reasonably priced. Modern design, very good service in the entire hotel. We loved our outstanding stay there a lot.

Every detail was very good, especially staff and location. Excellent central hotel in a pretty nice area really close to restaurants, bars, trains. Loved that it was short walk from Fletcher Gate bus station. The early check-in process too.

Staff was delightful and English breakfast was savoury. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and room was impeccable and immaculate. Sea view was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS and balcony was tiny. Top location, just a short walk away from ye olde trip to jerusalem.

I had the best stay in a long time. Every part of it was outstanding, I loved staff and location. Restaurant in hotel was renowned and the pool area was amazing. It was based near a nice beach. Main bar was there.
